After acting a bit like a hamster on a wheel and sending my Dad a text yesterday quoting Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity.

I have decided to remove the waffle I had on this page, and go back to my original plan of tweeting a picture of everything I eat. that way you will get a true picture of what I am eating when.

The only thing I wont take a picture of is the extra strong mints, and my usual coffee and water.
