How I missed you and your little foibles, my phone ran out of charge every morning, while I was trying to keep upto date with a rather sticky 3G signal. Our only saving grace was mcdonalds and browns (free wifi).
But now you are back better than before – still no favourites though – but hey you are here and I am here and now I am typing for all to see Yay!
You might think I am crazy but omg it has been a hard few days without it. We even ventured to the local auction because searching eBay was out of the question. I can’t believe how it has become such an integrated part of our
lives.
So you might ask what was I doing with all those moments when I would usually sit down with a cuppa for a bit of surfing and catching up… Well I was…
EATING like a trooper. I have the biggest sweet tooth again. And savoury stuff isn’t exempt in fact I have been eating like I,m on holiday. Cereal/toast for breakfast, biscuits/chocolate mid morning, sandwich/sausage roll for lunch, afternoon tea and cake, takeaway/roast for dinner. All followed by bars of dairy milk in front of the tv until I fall asleep!
So know I haven’t been good at all. In the last few days we have all come out with a cold of some sort, so I am putting a lot of it down to exhaustion from last weeks move. We,ve been here a week now and it’s time to get serious. I will start photographing the scales again tomorrow. And try to cut out some of the crap (not all of it mind) just some. ESP the evening munchies they are the worse.
I just have to say, it’s not just the fact I want to get this weight of to ride snazzles it’s also my body has had enough it has gone past the point of the extra food giving me energy. It’s now slowing me down and making me feel lethargic and zapping my energy.
Other than the cleaning and unpacking I have also done very little exercise.I will try and get us all out for a family walk this weekend. I,ve also got to start working NAS again -which just reminded me I need a lunging whip- our shopping list gets longer everyday!
Tomorrow I will spend some time with NAS and hopefully have some pics to share…
