Well I’m down 2lbs I think. All things considered that isn’t too bad, I did manage to eat a packet of walnuts yesterday and two unplanned walnut whips (it could of been six, but I bought to individual ones rather than two packs of three) still I wasn’t meant to have them both!
And certainly not before dinner, still it’s worked out ok. It might have something to do with the eighteen rubber mats we laid and nine bales of shavings! Do I ache this morning though and we’re of to a walking safari! Talk about jumping back into fitness at the deep end.
I’m so happy though the stables are all ready to get the horses in, we left them out last night because it was such a lovely evening and from what the weather is saying this is our last weekend of it being bright and warm. Hence why we are off to the zoo.
I did say on twitter I would take a picture of everything I’m eating, only problem is I either keep forgetting or like last night I had eaten it before I could think. It’s no surprise to be honest after an afternoon of graft all three of us tucked into fish fingers and chips like it was the best thing we had ever tasted.
It probably was.
