I’m now all twittered up, I thought it would be a good place to log my weight and use it as a kind of food diary. If you are a saddo like me, whenever I read a weight loss story I’ve wanted to know every detail of how they did it exactly what they ate etc. I know this is very sad; however I thought I would put my info on twitter rather than clog up this page. (At some point I will add graphs etc but never a food diary) also it means I can top it up as I go through the day. It might seem like it but I honestly don’t spend all day online.
