I was really good saturday, and then sunday it went to pot again.

Today isnt looking to bad food wise, tuna sarnie and homemade banana brownie so far.

Exercise not so good, Horatio is home and we’re both really tired. Not much movement going on, hopefully I’ll perk up once hubby is home and walk the hounds.
