Full swing, yay! These things are always better once you actually start them. We had a lovely time on Friday night at ash down park hotel. This was a freebie night for the mess they made of our last booking and although there were still some niggles generally it was a good night and quite relaxing.

Apart from the wasps that wanted to join us for afternoon tea, uninvited! In the end we had to move inside but we were all a little disorganised and on edge after that. ESP when Horatio starting dropping cream everywhere.

Eventually Horatio went with nanny and grandad. Giving me and hubby some time alone, we spent this in the spa and then sprawled out across the biggest bed either of us had seen. Dinner was lovely I had rib eye steak followed by tart tatin. Then in the morning I checked out the jacuzzi bath before breakfast.

The rest of Saturday was then spent cleaning and packing and more cleaning… Now I’m off to muck out NAS, before more packing and cleaning.
