How I wish they were the 20m kind, I’m so frustrated at the moment. I’m back to that 2 steps forward 10 steps back scenario. Trying to get my head around the new routine in our lives.

It feels a bit like shift work, one minute I’m having dinner at 5pm with the boy and the next I’m not having it until half 8 (almost 9pm last night) with the hubby. Despite eating while it cooked In my haste to eat dinner I burnt my tongue!

In the half hour it took for dinner to cook, I ate 2 packets of skips, 2 of mini cheddars and a snickers. I then picked at dinner, before eating a packet of peanut m&m’s just before going to bed.

I’m really frustrated by this because I thought I was so on it yesterday. The sun was out I did loads on the yard and despite having a dentist appointment it was a good day.

I had decided to split it up from eating 2 x a day to 4 x a day. In a bid to stop me from getting too hungry and also to avoid the long periods in between, only thing is I didn’t bank on having to wait 40mins for dinner to cook.

And by that time I was completly done in. Plus dinner by now wasn’t looking that appealing. It would of been better to of picked up take away on the way home, Which by the way we are doing tonight.

I also can’t help wonder though if the dentists scathing words about the condition of my teeth, were what actually threw me off the wagon. He basically said if I don’t change my diet of highly carbonated drinks and high sugary foods.

There’s no point in fixing my teeth because they will end up the same (tosser). I actually don’t have that much fizzy drinks and I don’t eat sweets I eat chocolate. So much for how much he knows.

Seriously though I don’t know if its a new goverment policy, he was outright rude. I can’t help but think would he of been so blunt if I had off been a size 10, with crappy teeth. oh and to add insult to injury I have to wait three weeks until I can have the broken tooth removed.

Looks like I’ll be living of paracetamol for a bit longer. Pah! The pain can be quite horrendous, especially when my face get colds. Hopefully the time will go quick.
